The process is quick (approx. 5 minutes) and requires a passport and cash payment. Example tariffs include 5GB for 700 LKR. To recharge, users can download the Dialog app and pay with a foreign card or use cash at network grocery stores and SIM sales points.
• Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) arrival logistics: Currency exchange and SIM card kiosks are located after baggage claim. Basic seating is available in the arrival hall. For long layovers before check-in, suggested strategies include pre-booking early hotel arrival or purchasing a day-pass/guest-access at a resort.
