Common technical issues include rejected applications; users report success by using 14-digit IMEI codes instead of the full 15 digits.
• If a Kazakhstani SIM card (e.g., Beeline KZ) is lost or damaged, obtaining a duplicate requires visiting a physical service center in Kazakhstan. It cannot be obtained in Russia.
• It is not possible to obtain a duplicate Kazakhstani SIM card in Russia. To get a replacement or a new SIM card, one must visit a physical service center in Kazakhstan.
• For mobile communication in Kazakhstan, Tele2 (Russia) offers international roaming. Specific tariffs may include free calls to Russia, while other calls may cost around 40 rubles per minute.
